If your business is at least 51% black-owned and controlled and located in Washington, D.C., Maryland, or Northern Virginia:

  • Submit your completed Application by December 2, 2024 (deadline extended from November 15, 2024) to programapplication@shulmanrogers.com
  • Finalists will be announced by December 15, 2024.
  • Each of the Finalists will participate in a Zoom interview with the Selection Committee.
  • Winners will be announced by December 31, 2024.
